Job Title: Wills & Probate Secretary
Salary: £20,000+
Location: Gainsborough
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Part time considered for the right candidate)

CRA are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable regional firm, based in Gainsborough.
The firm pride themselves on putting the client at the heart of everything they do, treating each client differently with a tailored approach. For this reason, they are looking to bring on hard-working, client focused wills & probate secretary.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of working as a legal secretary previously. The successful candidate will be organised, capable of acting under pressure when necessary and have a flexible and welcome approach and a willingness to get involved with the whole office.

The role will typically involve:

  • producing documents and letters as directed by fee earners
  • attending to clients by telephone and in person
  • assisting lawyers with day-to-day administrative matters
  • opening new files, closing files
  • archiving
  • general file organisation
  • billing procedures
  • making appointments
  • arranging meetings
