Wills and Trust Manager
Location: Sheffield (Mix of home and office working)
Salary: £24,000 - £32,000
Contract: Permanent

CRA Legal are working in partnership with a reputable national business with offices throughout the country. Our client is a long term established organisation with a great approach to their employees and customer base. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced wills and trust manager to join an exciting and forward thinking business known for their ethical approach, innovative use of technology and commitment to members, customers and colleagues. Our client is a leading provider of probate, estate planning and private client services, with a portfolio of commercial partnerships with blue chip clients in the financial advisory, insurance and banking sectors.

Roles & Responsibilities

Writing wills and managing incoming cases
Communicate with clients over the phone, progressing each case through to completion
Mentor and support other colleagues within the team
Review estate planning documents (including lifetime trusts) and advise clients around their estate planning needs including tax and trust administration matters
Draft various estate planning documents and complete paperwork/form relating to trust administration
Undertake project based work supporting the management team
Mentor and supervise legal administrators
Liaise with clients and other key third parties throughout each case
accurately maintain client records and correspondence on the system ensuring all compliance and regulatory standards are met
Required Attributes

Qualified solicitor/ CILEX or STEP qualified or equivalent experience
A strong legal knowledge of wills and trust writing
Ability to build rapport with your clients as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service
High level of attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Confidence to lead with cases
A proven ability to manage your own caseload and deliver to deadlines
