An exciting opportunity has arisen for a keen and enthusiastic law graduate to join the Childcare Law department of a leading Chesterfield based law firm.
This is a fantastic role for a recent law or LPC graduate that can demonstrate a real interest to work within Childcare Law. Experience of doing so is desirable but not essential.
The team in Chesterfield represent parents, grandparents and guardians as well as children in relation to the welfare and overall care of children. They focus on achieving the best possible decision in relation to childrens’ welfare and guide the parties through the Court process and explain the outcome of decisions that are made by the Courts and the reasons behind these decisions.
This is a highly emotive and rewarding role. You will be assisting more senior fee earners with their matters and also picking up your own case management duties.
