The Role:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor at our client’s dynamic Retford office, you will be instrumental in providing expert legal advice on a broad range of commercial property matters. This role is ideal for someone who is not only technically proficient but also values client relationships and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, leases, and redevelopment projects.
- Providing clear, concise, and practical legal advice to a varied client base, ranging from local businesses to national corporations.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property contracts and agreements.
- Actively participating in business development activities to enhance the firm’s presence in the market.
- Collaborating with other departments to offer comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and firm policies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property law.
- Proven track record of handling a wide range of commercial property matters.
- Excellent client care skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
