About the Firm/Role:
Our Client is a leading regional law firm with offices throughout Yorkshire, due to the continued success of the corporate team an opportunity for an ambitious paralegal or lawyer to join the team.
The corporate team carries out a diverse workload from high value M&A work to shareholders agreements to negotiating complex contracts. With an excellent and diverse client base you will be working with large national/international corporations as well as regional SME’s.
The firm is known for its exceptional levels of service and are always keen to help you grow and develop your career within the firm.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ Years experience as a corporate paralegal or lawyer
About You:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience working within the corporate/commercial department of a law firm
- strong IT skills
- a high degree of initiative and the ability to manage your time and your workload effectively
- excellent communication skills and a desire to use these to promote the team and the firm both internally and externally
- a willingness to learn, to drive your own career progression and to be proactive in achieving this
