About the firm & Role:
Our client is a leading regional law firms with offices across Yorkshire. The firm are a modern-thinking, tech savvy and established organisation. They promote an approachable management structure, career development for their staff and excellent client care.
You will play an important role within the Commercial Services Group team, supporting other solicitors and partners on a range of charities and education law matters.
Working closely with others in a collegiate and supportive environment, you will play a vital role working on a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions; corporate re-organisations; joint ventures; structured lending and general corporate advice.
About you:
- 1-4PQE Solicitor with a corporate/commercial background
- Experience of advising on joint ventures and other shareholder arrangements, and most aspects of corporate governance.
- You must be able to engage with clients, to act as their trusted advisor.
- It is essential that you are people-focused, approachable and keen support the wider team. Team fit is therefore vital.
