I am currently recruiting for a specialist employment law firm with strong presence in the South West of England.
The firm have a focus on employment law with an experienced team of legal advisors and employment lawyers on hand to offer their expertise in relation to rights at work.
It is for this sector that they are keen to take on an Employment Lawyer to work closely with the well-established team in the the South West area.
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a hardworking team in assessing employment cases, negotiating and advising on settlement agreements and handling respondent tribunal claims. The role will include handling your own caseload within this department.
The firm in question prides themselves on being a forward thinking and different to other law firms. They have a strong digital interface presence.
The head office is purpose built with a core ethic of looking after the staff. With state of the art office space and putting green in the communal areas they really strive to gain a good working environment.
The correct candidate will have the opportunity to work with the marketing side of the business to help right content for the online digital service including video blogs and helpful bite sized legal information.
