Salary: Up to £42,000 + Bonuses
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid – 1 or 2 days in the office)

If successful, you will perform the following role as an Employment Legal Executive:

  • Handling a healthy caseload of contentious claimant employment law work
  • Assisting with the ongoing development, marketing, promotion and growth in the employment law department
  • Progressing cases following initial advice & consultation
  • Handling witness statements, reviews, case auditing and compliance
  • Drafting ET1 claim forms and grounds of claim
  • Handling counter-claims, disputes and denial correspondence
  • Reviewing cases, settlement offers and outcome letters
  • Preparing briefs, bundles and documentation for tribunals and hearings

  • You will be a qualified CILEX Legal Executive with over 1 years PQE
