Ideally, you will have at least 2 years’ PQE in Family Law and have a good understanding of matrimonial ancillary relief and children law,
The role will involve the running of your own caseload of public and private law children matters and undertaking your own advocacy.You will work with an increasing amount of autonomy and have the freedom to work across both the Chesterfield and Mansfield offices.
