Job Title: In House Conveyancing Paralegal

CRA Consulting are recruiting on behalf of one of our reputable clients within Doncaster. Our client is looking to bring on board a Paralegal to complement their existing in-house team. Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious candidate. The successful applicant would play a key role in developing the department onward into the future.

Our client offers a specialist service in sourcing and regenerating within the U.K. residential property market. Supported by ground-breaking property tech.

To deliver their ambitious growth plans, and to support the in-house Conveyancing team, our client is looking for fantastic people to facilitate their property acquisitions and to help them develop as a team within the wider business.
This is a key role for them that will contribute fully to their growth for next year and beyond and will suit individuals looking for a challenge within a hugely exciting market that is developing at pace. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow with a rapidly expanding forward looking business. Our client is also keen to guide the right candidate(s) through either CILEX or the SQE route to qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
*Opening and maintaining matters on our Case Management System – LEAP
*Preparing and updating documents
*Assisting with and then when appropriate (following appropriate training) handling
*your own caseload of residential property acquisitions
*Assisting the Property Counsel & solicitor with refinancing and portfolio transactions
*Dealing with post-completion work, in particular Land Registry applications
*Liaising with solicitors, auction houses, agents and other 3rd parties
*Working with internal teams in a professional, positive and helpful manner

About You

*Confident and helpful manner when dealing with internal teams and external partners

*Knowledge of the conveyancing process, obtained through working at an estate agent or in a conveyancing department at a law firm would be a distinct advantage.
