CRA Legal are recruiting for a Legal Helpline Advisor with Employment Law experience. Our client, a reputable law firm based in Sheffield are looking for a driven professional with experience working on a Legal Helpline, dealing with claimant employment queries. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career in an organisation that values their people.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Taking inbound calls from new and existing clients
* Advising clients on new and existing claims in relation to employment matters
* Updating files and cases
* Transferring calls where appropriate

Legal Coverage:

* Unfair and Constructive Dismissal
* Wrongful Dismissal
* Equal Pay issues
* Discrimination and harassment
* Contract issues
* Redundancy matters

Required Attributes (ideal but not essential)

* 6 months experience working in an Employment Law environment
* 6 months experience working as a legal helpline advisor
* Excellent customer service skills
