Job Title – Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary
Salary – £18,000-£24,000
Location – Sheffield
A superb new opportunity has arisen as a Commercial Litigation Legal Legal Secretary at a highly successful Sheffield based law practice in close to the University. The position lends a chance to join a firm with a fantastic reputation, which is increasingly growing due to its success. The right candidate will be an ambitious individual, keen to become established within a superb Litigation function where you will support fee earners in a variety of commercial legal matters.
PA duties including diary management and arranging travel.
Providing secretarial support (audio typing and document production).
Efficient administration skills associated with a busy office environment.
Engaging effectively over the phone with clients.
Setting up new client files and carrying out case management.
Use of a CSM.
Administration on relevant court documents.
Preparing court bundles.
Ability to work independently to a high standard and to effectively prioritise competing deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
High standards of client and customer service.
Previous experience in a legal secretarial work in commercial property.
A strong typist with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm.
