I am currently looking to recruit an employment solicitor for a new role which will involve working on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including general employment work, employment tribunal claims, whistle-blowing, high profile cases, advising on re-organisation and redundancy issues and the application of healthcare legislation to routine employment law scenarios.
The candidate should have good client handling skills and be able to work well with other team members.
My client is committed to recruiting the best people to maintain its status as legal adviser of choice and, whilst previous experience in the field of healthcare or public sector is strongly preferred, it is not essential.
Candidates will be expected to be able to be self-motivated and commercially minded, as well as having good interpersonal skills and being able to work effectively in teams.
