Conveyancing Assistant (Post completions)
Location: Sheffield City Centre
Salary: £18,000 – £24,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Communicate with clients, various stakeholders, estate agents and solicitors via phone, email and post
* Conduct searches and client background checks
* Process and progress conveyancing case loads / transactions
* Oversee property sales, purchases and remortgaging
* Analysing and processing financial data
* Managing documentation – typing / writing, obtaining, processing, reporting, scanning, sending and filing
* Dealing with lenders / mortgage providers
* Updating case management system and portals
* General administrative support within a busy conveyancing team
* Preparing documentation, packs, files, notices, deeds and completions
* Liaising with property / conveyancing solicitors, providing support
* Other duties where required

Required Attributes:

* Recent experience working in a conveyancing or property law environment
* Experience working with a case management system
* Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
