An opportunity has arisen due to expansion within this highly regarded real estate team based in the firms Sheffield office for a real estate solicitor with 0 to 4 years PQE.
Within the experienced and supportive team they manage a wide variety of real estate project matters ranging from large international corporate entities, PLCs, off shore funds through to SME’s and smaller private developers and individuals.. The senior partner also plays a key role within the housing sector, advising housebuilders, commercial developers, promoters and joint venture stakeholders through to land owners.
The firm operates a flexible working policy and have a fanatic culture built upon everyone’s voice being heard and mutual respect shown by all.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work to a consistently high level and to provide an exemplary level of client service and care.
- Competent financial management and commercial awareness, including accurate time recording, billing, achievement of firm delivered targets and management of WIP.
- To contribute actively toward business development opportunities to ensure the retention of existing clients and expansion of business.
- To ensure at all times that you maintain up to date technical expertise.
- To be accountable for your own personal development and to continuously develop interpersonal and soft skills.
- To be competent at all times in accordance with the SRA competence standards
- To carry out any other such reasonable tasks that may be required from time to time.
About you:
- NQ-4 years PQE, with experience gained from a good quality regional or city firm
- String commercial acumen
- Proven track record of competent financial management, ability to meet client expectations and sound case management skills
