Location: Sheffield
Salary: £30,000- £40,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

CRA Consulting are recruiting on behalf of one our prestigious clients with offices throughout the region. Due to the organic growth of the residential department our client is now looking to bring on board an experienced residential conveyancer/property solicitor to join the team.
This role would suit an ambitious professional with previous all round residential conveyancing experience.

Required Attributes:
*Experience in a fast paced residential conveyancing department
*Ideally 2 years + experience as a fee earner
*CILEx or CLC qualifications (desirable but not mandatory)
*Proven ability to deal with a mixed caseload
*Proven experience dealing with third party suppliers, advisors and estate agents
*Results driven individual with the ability to work in a team and supervisor others
