If successful, you will perform the following tasks as a Conveyancer
- Candidates must be able to undertake all aspects of the Conveyancing process including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and mortgage.
- Production of letters and standard documents using the Firm’s case management system
- Action case management To Do list and ensure all files have relevant To Do in Schedule
- Liaising with clients and maintaining client care
- Liaising with referrers, lenders, agents and solicitors, etc.
- Sort incoming correspondence ensuring urgent matters dealt with
- Submit contract documents to clients including completion statements
- Examine deeds and documents
- Ensure all files are checked at the relevant stage and compliance with the department’s procedural requirements
- Set matter up for completion
- Deal with exchange and completion
- To manage the finances on each file in accordance with internal requirements
- Any other duties as required by the Firm from time to time

- 2 years + residential conveyancing experience
