Residential Conveyancer- Hybrid working available

CRA Consulting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients with offices throughout the nation. Due to continued expansion an opportunity has arisen to join an established market leading team at the Sheffield office. Our client has been operating a hybrid working model allowing employees to have that work life balance. This model is a permanent fixture that will not change.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a residential property professional to join and contribute to an established and professional team. Our client is open to a variety of experience ranging from 2 years fee earning experience to 5+ years PQE solicitors.

Required Attributes:

* Experience in a fast paced residential conveyancing department
* Ideally 2 years + experience as a fee earner
* CILEx or CLC qualifications (desirable but not mandatory)
* Proven ability to deal with a mixed caseload
* Proven experience dealing with third party suppliers, advisors and estate agents
* Results driven individual with the ability to work in a team and supervisor others
