Senior Conveyancing Assistant – Residential
Location: Barnsley
Salary: £20,000 – £23,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

CRA are working with a boutique law firm based in Barnsley. We are looking to recruit an experience Conveyancing Assistant to support a senior fee earner. You will have the opportunity to join a well-established law firm at their Barnsley offices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Taking instruction from clients
  • Creating accounts and records
  • Opening and closing files
  • Dealing with leasehold, freehold, remortgaging and land registry transactions
  • Processing sale and purchase transactions
  • Conducting searches
  • Conducting client checks
  • Client relationship management
  • General administration support in a busy conveyancing department

Required Attributes:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a conveyancing environment
  • Proactive and supportive
  • Excellent administration skills
  • A strong working knowledge of Residential Conveyancing
