About the firm/role:
Our client is a fast-growing property focused law firm that has an exciting opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic law graduate to join the property team.
The role requires no prior experience working within residential property although applications from candidates with prior experience will be welcomed. The role will see you playing an integral part within the wider team and give you the opportunity to learn the property sector from ground roots upwards. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being part of a team with a passion for delivering an excellent client experience. You will be ambitious and bring an enthusiastic, energetic and can do presence to the business.
This is an exciting role with excellent growth potential for an ambitious person, the firm have a history of supporting SQE qualifications for individuals who demonstrate the right qualities.
What you will do:
- Support the conveyancing manager, primarily in relation to of plan residential developments.
- Support with exchanges, reports and general administrative duties.
- Be compliant with all regulations and company policies at all times.
- Complete due diligence and identification checks.

- Good attention to detail
- Professional and driven individual.
- Have a law degree or experience within residential property.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
