Any suitable candidates are interviewed by us. If required, we will use the latest psychometric testing and profiling methods.
We use traditional search and selection techniques combined with state-of-the-art AI tools as and when we need to.
We will utilise our consultants’ networks to reference and provide further information you can use to your benefit during the selection process.
We will present you with a final shortlist of candidates for you to interview together with notes on the shortlist and any additional information you require.
Once we achieve a successful outcome, we will manage the offer and onboarding processes and stay in touch during the first months of your new role to ensure you and your new colleague are fully settled.
