Accounts Office Manager 
£25,000 to £30,000 plus benefits 4 to 5 days a week 

My client is a fast growing SME based in Sheffield looking for an experienced Accounts office manage to join their team. Working closely with the Directors and assisting with accounts and general office duties you will be used to working witihn a small business in a role that covers a wide range of duties. Key Duties include:

  • Process purchase invoices and set up within payment terms using Xero
  • Dealing with all aspects of sales ledger
  • Preparation of payroll information to send to the accountants.
  • Monthly PAYE deductions
  • Handling any ad hoc queries 
  • All aspects of credit control 
  • Compiling the weekly revenue reports
  • Submit contractor information to HMRC on a quarterly basis.
  • Production of bonus schedules and reports on a quarterly basis
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Deal with expense claims.
  • Production of quarterly VAT returns
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Handling annual insurance renewal

PA / Administration

  • Management of the office on a day-to-day basis, managing Directors diaries
  • Arranging meetings and dealing with general queries
  • General PA duties to Directors
