Our client is an established law firm with an excellent reputation locally. The firm specialise in a range of practice areas and are looking to continue to grow the private client department after continued success.

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will work closely with the head of commercial property and have exposure to a wide range of transaction matters including agricultural & land sales, business property sales, lease extensions, surrender and renewal.
About you:
We’re looking for a talented and motivated individual who meets the following criteria:
- Previous experience as a paralegal/legal assistant in commercial property
- Solid understanding of property transactions, real estate documents, and legal processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
