The Role:
As a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, covering all aspects of commercial property law. You will work closely with a broad range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, providing expert advice on property transactions, leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Advising clients on property acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Conducting due diligence and property investigations.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to the development of the team.
   

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property law.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• A team player with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is desirable.
