Job Title: Conveyancing Assistants
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £20,000-£25,000 per annum

We are currently working on behalf of a prestigious law firm in the centre of Rotherham, who are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy team.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing administrative support to the conveyancing team, working alongside experienced solicitors to ensure a high level of service is delivered to clients.

Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the opening and closing of files
* Undertaking conveyancing searches
* Preparing documents and letters
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
* Managing deadlines and completing tasks in a timely manner
* Handling telephone and email enquiries

Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a conveyancing assistant or legal secretary
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems
