This position offers a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 for the duration of the contract—running for the entire month of August.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a residential conveyancing locum, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse caseload of property transactions throughout August. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Conducting thorough property searches and due diligence
-Drafting and reviewing legal documents
-Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties
-Managing the entire conveyancing process, from initial instruction to completion
–Providing expert advice on property law and regulations
Requirements: To be considered for this position, we require the following qualifications and skills:
-Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer with substantial experience in residential conveyancing -Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
–Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
