Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities: 

• Running a fast-track EL/PL caseload through the MOJ portal from start to finish.
• Assisting with portal exits and litigation preparation tasks

• CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of a reputable law firm with a national presence. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Portal Fee Earner with a background in personal injury law to join their renowned employer / public personal injury team, in their Sheffield Office.

Required Attributes:

• You will need experience handling MOJ portal cases from stages 1 to 3
• Previous experience handling personal injury claims following accidents in a workplace, in public spaces or within commercial premises (EL/PL cases)
