The successful candidate will be joining a rapidly expanding, reputable, modern and developing law firm. 

If successful, you will perform the following role as an Employment Solicitor:

  • Providing legal advice and representation to clients on all aspects of employment law, including employment contracts, discrimination, unfair dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, and other employment-related issues.
  • Drafting employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Advising clients on employment-related issues such as grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
  • Conducting employment tribunal litigation on behalf of clients.
  • Providing support and advice to clients on TUPE and redundancy processes.
  • Liaising with clients, senior management, and external stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Keeping up to date with changes to employment law and practice.
