About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Lawyer to handle a caseload comprised exclusively of private work, focusing on divorce and ancillary relief matters. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic environment, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce and ancillary relief.
• Providing expert advice and support to clients, ensuring a client-focused approach.
• Conducting negotiations and mediations to reach settlements.
• Representing clients in court where necessary.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of family law to provide accurate and comprehensive advice.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in family law.
• Demonstrable experience in managing divorce and ancillary relief cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
