About the Role
As a Family Solicitor in this dynamic team, you will be afforded the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload across all facets of family law. This encompasses advising on divorce, civil partnership dissolutions, separations, issues arising from cohabitation, family finances, and matters relating to children.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering expert legal advice to a varied client base on a comprehensive range of family law issues.
- Playing a pivotal role in the enhancement of internal policies and procedures, ensuring the firm’s legal practices remain streamlined and efficient.
- Engaging with both high-profile internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships.
About the Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
- A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in family law, demonstrating a deep understanding and expertise in the field.
- Knowledge of the legal aid system is desirable but not essential.
- Exceptional teamwork capabilities, coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- An unwavering commitment to detail, coupled with superior communication skills (both verbal and written), ensuring excellence in client service.
