Our client is an established and reputable solicitors firms with locations across North Lincolnshire and the Humber area. With a history dating back over 75 years this firm has built up an excellent reputation for providing friendly, professional and tailored legal advice to clients within the local community.
An excellent opportunity has arise for an experienced residential conveyancing professional to head up the department across the firms multiple offices. We are looking for a truly people focussed leader combined with a strong residential conveyancing background and subsequent knowledge. You will be joining a stable team with a wide array of experience within the sector. Travel between the firms offices will be required as part of this role also
This role would suit individuals coming from a similar role or an experienced individual looking to make the next step within their career.
You will be overseeing a team of 15 strong with a mixture of fee earners and support staff.
Alongside running a personal caseload you will be responsible for:
- Day to Day management of staff within the department
- Ensuring compliance across the firm and department
- Training and recruitment
About you:
- A strong background within residential conveyancing
- Driven individual with the ability to motivate others
- Excellent communication skills
