Salary range: £35,000 to £45,000

The firm is on the hunt for a resourceful Industrial Disease Legal Executive to bolster their ranks. Your Daily Grind Will Involve:
- Overseeing claims related to industrial diseases, including but not limited to, asbestos exposure, occupational asthma, and noise-induced hearing loss.
- Dispensing top-tier legal advice and supporting our clients through their claims process.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal documents and correspondences.
- Engaging with medical professionals and other experts for evidence compilation.
- Skilfully negotiating settlements and representing clients in court as required.
- Instructing barristers on client’s behalf when necessary.
- Keeping abreast of any changes in the laws and regulations governing industrial disease claims.
- Upholding the firm’s standard of client service, ensuring transparent and effective communication at all stages of the claim.

- A legal executive or an individual with equivalent qualifications, boasting a solid track record in personal injury or industrial disease law.
- Someone who has experience managing industrial disease caseloads, with MOD work being a significant plus.
- A legal aficionado with impeccable research, analysis, and writing skills.
