CRA Legal are recruiting for a Legal Helpline Advisor with Employment Law experience. Our client, a reputable law firm based in Sheffield are looking for a driven professional with experience working on a Legal Helpline, dealing with claimant employment queries. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career in an organisation that values their people.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from new and existing clients
- Advising clients on new and existing claims in relation to employment matters
- Updating files and cases
- Transferring calls where appropriate

Required Attributes (ideal but not essential)
- Law Degree
- Experience working as a legal helpline advisor
