Job Title: New Claims Paralegal – Personal Injury & Medical Negligence
Salary: £22,500 to £25,000 + bonuses 
Location: Manchester / Home Working (remote, with 1 office day per month)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

If successful, you will perform the following role as a New Claims Paralegal:

  • Oversee and manage initial client enquires in relation to accidents, personal injury and medical negligence 
  • Screening incoming calls and communications, qualifying enquiries and processing legal claims
  • Review client statements, providing expert legal advice and analysing key facts regarding potential cases
  • Progressing cases through the firms case management system, ensuring accurate details and information is recorded
  • Liaise with wider personal injury and medical negligence department, 
  • Ensuring all enquires are followed up on, initially via telephone, but compassionately and sensibly following additional methods of contact where required
  • Relaying information to clients with regards to new or existing cases
  • General administrative support as/when required 
  • Chasing information or evidence when needed
