About the firm/role:

We are working with a leading and award winning law firm with a strong presence throughout the Midlands. An opportunity has become available at the firms Derby office for wills & probate solicitor to join the successful and growing team. The role will see you working within an experienced and supportive team with a huge opportunity for growth and progression within the firm.

This role has a fantastic central location, as well as hybrid working (3 office days, 2 home days)

The role will involve managing a diverse caseload of private client matters including wills & lpa’s, administration of estate, trusts and inheritance tax matters. If you have experience dealing with high net value clients this would be advantageous although not mandatory as opportunities to develop into this area will be available.

About you:

 

  • Private client background with ability to manage a diverse caseload
  • 2+ PQE although applications from lesser PQE individuals will be welcomed
  • Ability to create and nurture relationships with key clients at all levels
  • Desire and ability to provide a high-quality service
  • Excellent written and numeracy skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, and meeting deadlines
