Role: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Rotherham
Salary: Up to £45,000

Our client is a leading regional law firm with an excellent presence in the local South Yorkshire market. Offering a range of personal and business services an exiting opportunity has arisen due to growth for an experienced conveyancer to join the firm.
This role will see you running a varied caseload consisting of a wide range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new build and from time to time commercial property matters.
As an experienced fee earner you will play a key part in supporting more junior members of the team and ensuring that the team continues to work as one.
About you:
- 3 years or greater residential conveyancing fee earning experience
- Experience dealing with commercial property matters would be beneficial but not essential
- Professional and detailed oriented
- Comfortable speaking with clients
