About the Role:
- Conducting title checks, searches, and due diligence on residential properties.
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents.
- Handling exchange of contracts and completions.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Providing expert advice on property-related matters to clients.
About You:
- Strong residential conveyancing fee earning background
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organisational and client service skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive and outcome-orientated with a can-do attitude.
