Role: Residential Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal

Salary: Up to £26,000

Our client is a leading regional law firm with an excellent presence in the local Yorkshire market. This firm are true property specialists with this being an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious conveyancing professional to join a reputable firm of solicitors.

This role would be working directly with head of department supporting with a busy caseload of sale and purchases matter. You will play a key part within the conveyancing team supporting on a wide range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new build and more.
Dependent upon your prior experience the opportunity to run a caseload alongside supporting senior solicitors in the team will be available.
About you:
- 18 months or greater residential conveyancing experience
- Professional and detailed oriented
- Comfortable speaking with clients
