Role Overview:

As the Personal Injury Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the Personal Injury department. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and direction to a team of dedicated personal injury professionals.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients, maximising case outcomes.
  • Monitoring and analysing departmental performance metrics and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of personal injury legislation, ensuring compliance at all levels.
  • Liaising with other department managers and senior leadership to drive the overall success of the firm.
  • Managing a small caseload of complex personal injury files as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in personal injury law with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Adaptable to the evolving landscape of personal injury law.
  • Law degree or equivalent qualification.
