About the business:

If successful, you will perform the following role as a Trust Administrator.

  • Manage a full case load
  • Handle trust and tax advice work for private clients, with a look to build and develop your own case load.
  • Prive excellent client care and customer service.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Achieve and deliver key outcomes for the client and the firm.

Workload will be split into:

Compliance
 

  • Preparation of Annual Trust Accounts
  • Completion of Annual Trust and Estate Tax Returns
  • De-registration of Trusts on HMRC Trust Register
  • Maintenance of HMRC Trust Register
  • Inheritance Tax Returns

Advice
 

  • Provide legal advice on trustees duties and obligations
  • Trustee Investment Policy Statements
  • Provide expert advice on Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax.
  • Ancillary Trust Document Drafting

  • 2 years minimum in a similar role, preparing trust accounts and tax returns
  • High attention to detail
  • Background in Accounts and Finance
