Wills & Probate Paralegal
Location: Derby
Salary: up to £25,000
Contract: Full Time or Part time, Permanent
About the firm/role:
We are working with a leading law firm with a strong presence throughout the Midlands. An opportunity has become available at the firms Derby office for wills & probate paralegal to join the successful and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 years’ experience within a wills and probate focussed role.
The role will see you advising clients across a diverse range of private client matters including wills & lap’s, letters of wishes, asset protection trusts and estate administration after death.

About you:
• 1 years+ wills and probate experience
• Experience drafting wills and lpa’s
• Excellent written and numeracy skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, and meeting deadlines
