Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen with the Wills & Probate department.
This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified upwards solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive within the wills & probate practice area. The successful candidate will join a highly established, successful and growing department.
The ideal candidate will be eager to contribute to the growth and expansion of this team and continue to develop as a technically skilled Lawyer. The ideal candidate will possess a good breadth of Private Client experience, ideally gained at a reputable law firm and will be able to demonstrate running an independent caseload and meeting or exceeding financial targets.
This role will require the handling a broad range of Private Client matters, mainly consisting of:
- Wills
- Trust and estate planning
- Probate and administration of estates
- Powers of Attorney/Deputyships,
- tax and trusts and
- advising the elderly.
