Position: Civil Litigation Solicitor

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Role Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be entrusted with a varied range of litigation cases, including Property Litigation, Boundary Disputes, Landlord and Tenant issues, Contentious Probate, and Contractual Disputes. Key responsibilities include:
- Advocating on behalf of clients across various civil litigation matters.
- Conducting thorough legal research and offering robust legal counsel.
- Crafting and refining legal documentation, such as pleadings and contracts.
- Actively participating in court hearings and legal proceedings.
- Skillfully negotiating settlements and exploring alternative dispute resolution avenues.
- Fostering and maintaining robust client relationships through superior communication and service.
Candidate Requirements:
- A Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in litigation.
- In-depth understanding of UK civil litigation laws and procedures.
- Demonstrated capability in managing intricate litigation cases from start to finish.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving competencies.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
Employment Details:
- Full-time position.
- Annual Salary: £45,000 to £50,000, depending on experience.
- Standard work schedule: Monday to Friday.
Location Requirements:
Candidates should be able to commute or relocate to Chesterfield, as this is an in-person role.
