Due to new business wins and an increase in new instructions, an opportunity has arisen for experience personal injury litigators to join their award-winning team.

Role Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a varied, litigated personal injury caseload, providing comprehensive legal support to claimants seeking compensation following an injury sustained in the workplace, within a public space or within property and/or land owned by businesses and/or individuals
Required Attributes to Apply:
- Due to the demands of the role, you, as the successful candidate, will be required to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of personal injury litigation
- Exposure to handling and running litigated personal injury cases is vital
- Recent experience in occupier liability, employer liability and public liability claims is advantageous
- Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executives, however applications from experienced non-qualified litigators or qualified-by-experience fee earners are more than welcome
