A Leading UK conveyancing firm seek to appoint a number of experienced residential conveyancer’s due to a new influx of work. The roles will be based out of their Wakefield office.
You will have a good knowledge of conveyancing, around 5 years’ experience handling your own caseload of residential sales/ purchase files. You could be qualified by experience or ILEX, solicitor, or Licensed conveyancer.
You will be responsible for providing an exceptional conveyancing service to your clients, providing support to and coaching your team, building strong relationships, assisting and helping organize the team to ensure company targets are met, recognizing potential risks and resolving complex issues, managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, and more.
